I. Scope of application
Sealing of Rotary Oil and Diesel Oil Filter Shell with Sealing Fixed Plate
II. Main parameters:
1. Work efficiency: 20-45 adjustable per minute.
2. Scope of work: The outer diameter of the shell is 60mm-136mm;
Height: 50mm - 350mm;
Thickness: Cover thickness 0.5mm-1.0mm Shell thickness 0.5mm-1.0mm
Ⅲ.The main layout of equipment:
1. The feeding conveyor line, the full-automatic high-speed tank sealing machine and the feeding conveyor line are combined into one.
IV. Size of main body of equipment:
1. Full length of equipment: 9.7M (to be determined)
2. Feeding operation area: 6 meters, with process Kanban and light on the line. (Length can be customized for more customer needs)

Ⅴ.The main material of the equipment:
1. Main frame: four pillars welded with steel plate.
2. Host panel: steel plate plus 304 stainless steel splicing 4 mm thick.
3. Feeding turntable: imported nylon MC 25 mm thick whole engraving and milling (blue)
4. Workbench Accessories: Hard Chromium Plating for All Accessories
5. Internal cam: imported SKD11 material, wool vacuum quenching after wire cutting processing
6. Clutch: Imported SKD11 material, hard chromium plated after vacuum quenching

Alarm when any of the following failures occur (host PLC automatic processing mode: automatic shutdown; alarm lights flashing, touch screen display alarm prompts, and solutions,)

(2) The front protective door with open door alarm;
(3) In automatic operation, the turntable is not in place to alarm;
(4) In the process of edge sealing, alarm of product stuffing;
(5) Frequency converter alarm for feeding line;

VIII. MAIN CHARACTERISTICS
1. This machine is controlled by electric and pneumatic combination. The first and second rollers are fed by two cams.
2. The feed motion of the cam roller is accomplished by the cylinder feeding and returning the workpiece at one time according to the predetermined procedure (Cam material structure: Seiko characteristics)
3. The sealing roller is made of H-9 alloy tool steel with high hardness, good abrasion and long service life after vacuum quenching.
4. The machine uses imported divider to divide the seals more accurately, thus ensuring the quality of seals.
5. This machine is a full-automatic high-speed sealing machine. The whole process of feeding, sealing and cutting is automatic circulation without manual operation.
